1. About RefereeCard
RefereeCard sells reusable, write-on referee match cards and related referee products designed primarily for soccer referees. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information are provided on the website and may be updated from time to time.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details on RefereeCard.com. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, subject to their own terms and policies. Stripe provides payment infrastructure used by businesses to accept online payments.
6. Shipping
Shipping options, rates, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout or otherwise stated on the website.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is provided, sellers generally must have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within 30 days for internet orders under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing may depend on the carrier and shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

We currently offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms stated in that policy.

RefereeCard products are designed for normal referee match administration use.
To help preserve the product:
- Use pencil as recommended, or a permanent marker
- Use a soft white eraser when erasing pencil, and rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover when removing marker
- Avoid other harsh cleaning methods unless specifically instructed
- Avoid leaving the product in hot cars for extended periods of time
- Store flat when possible
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, excessive heat exposure, harsh cleaning methods, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on RefereeCard.com, including text, product names, logos, graphics, product designs, images, layout, website content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RefereeCard unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our website content, product designs, branding, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, RefereeCard products, and the designs used for the products
11. User Comments, Reviews, and Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, testimonial, photo, message, feedback, or other content to us, you grant RefereeCard a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for business, marketing, website, and promotional purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove or edit user-submitted content at our discretion, and without explanation.
