Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from RefereeCard. If your card is not the right fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item should be returned in reasonably good condition. Normal handling and use is okay, but items that are damaged through misuse, excessive wear, or improper care may not be eligible for a full refund.

Free Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer free returns or exchanges within the 30-day return window.

In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or help coordinate the exchange. However, in some situations, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs, including but not limited to:

  • Orders returned from outside the United States
  • Returns due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window
  • Items returned in a condition that requires special handling
  • Multiple return or exchange requests for the same order

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong layout or would prefer a different RefereeCard version, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you exchange it.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or help you choose another option.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated, RefereeCard products are eligible for return or exchange under this policy. If any item is marked final sale in the future, that will be noted clearly on the product page before purchase.
